    They do not fix items. They are infested with cockroaches and unwilling to find an appropriate solution. They add charges that were not agreed upon with the lease.

    Hello, 

    I have attached the lease contract that has been highlighted were the lease states that you must give a 60 day notice and pay the fee in order to break your lease agreement. I have also provided proof of all work orders that have been completed in this apartment home. Provided is a screen grab of the residents ledger where you can see that she was credited back immediately for the over charge of the pet rent. For the pest control issue I have provided proof of 2 months of service showing that she was on the list each week to have pest control service her apartment homes. 

    At this time, there is no refund to be given as the resident is still living onsite. We do not issue refunds until the unit is vacant and we can ***** the damages and complete the move out statement.

    I am rejecting this response because: they literally came that day to fix the work orders and I get sprayed weekly but the apartment still has pests.
