1 starOn 12/21/24, I purchased a 2025 Toyota Sequoia and traded in my Kia ********** The agreed trade-in allowance was $28,291.20 with a loan payoff balance of $13,770.91.Leading up to this experience, I had a very positive history with this dealership. This was not the first vehicle my family purchased from them, and prior interactions were smooth and professional. Unfortunately, how this situation was handled after the sale raised serious concerns about how the dealership supports its customers in the long term.While I was out of town from 12/23/24 to 1/2/25, I learned the purchase agreement had been executed incorrectly, which the dealerships finance manager later confirmed, due to specific requirements from my credit union.On 1/17/25, while visiting the dealership in person, the finance manager and I contacted my bank by phone to authorize the dealership to process an ACH payment on my behalf, since they were unable to accept the original payoff check that had been mailed.On 1/28/25 and again on 1/31/25, I attempted to follow up by phone to the finance manger then by email New Car Finance Director but received no response. On 2/5/25, I also reached out via email to the dealer principal and received no reply.After weeks of no resolution or communication, I filed a small claims court suit in late February. In April, after the citation was served, I was contacted by a general manager whose explanation (that the check simply had not been cashed) did not align with the facts. A legal representative later provided documents indicating that the fault was with my bank, despite the dealerships prior confirmation that the purchase had been mishandled and an ACH transfer should have been provided.This was disappointing given my prior positive relationship with the dealership; at the time of this review, this matter is pending resolution via small claims court.Review fromCorey E

I have called three separate times only to get passed around. My initial request was to have someone send me all documents pertaining to my 2024 Tundra extra purchased warranties because I want to cancel them and get a my prorated amount back. The three times Ive called someone tells me no one is in the office, but I left them a message. They will email you the documents over. Can someone please give me a call or email so I can get this handled.Toyota of Cedar Park

My daughter went there for service and a salesman tried to convince her to buy a different vehicle but she said no. They would not give her keys to her car back and badgered her for a long time. She cried and they still didn't give her keys back. I had to call and talk with the salesman and threaten to call the police and he finally gave them back. At one point he lied and said that they didn't have the keys but when I spoke with my daughter and she disagreed I had her put the salesman back on. Then he started telling me a long story. They need to a) fire the salesman b) discontinue this business practice.Toyota of Cedar Park

My wife and I recently concluded a three-month search for the perfect vehicle, and we are thrilled to have found our new Toyota Tundra at Cedar Park Toyota. We had the pleasure of working with ******, who made our car-buying experience exceptional.From the moment we walked in, ****** took the time to listen to our specific needs and preferences. His extensive knowledge about the various models and features was impressive, and he never once made us feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. If he didn't know an answer, he would ask his team helping us make an informed decision.******'s customer service skills are top-notch. He was patient, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right vehicle making the entire process smooth and enjoyable.However, one area that could be improved (in my opinion - respectfully) is the financing representative. This person seemed focused on continuing to upsell/pressure into additional services and products, which left a bit of a semi-bad impression. It would be great if the focus could remain on celebrating the customer's purchase and ensuring they leave with a positive feeling.Overall, we couldn't be happier with our new Toyota Tundra and the outstanding service we received from ******. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend seeking him out at Cedar Park Toyota. I was a happy Toyota customer until trading in vehicle for a lemon. After purchasing care plan I was referred to other dealerships that did not honor it. The car had major issues and Toyota would not atttempt to repair problem as assured when purchasing the plan. The car lives on with several issues and was not worth the purchasing price at initial purchase. They will not buy back car at full price knowing there were issues with the vehicle as reported. I was sold a lemon and Im only being offered an upside down loan after trading my vehicle which they sold for a profit. *** spent most of the money on trying to repair or service requests for fuel and towing due to issuesToyota of Cedar Park

I wanted to buy a Corolla hybrid. But because there was not available they propose me to lease a car before i got the Corolla hybrid. Nobody tell me that they will be a extra charge because it. When i got the corolla Hybrid i have to pay ***** dollars instead of ***** dollars because I lease a car i was paying 770$ every month. i felt like its very unfair.Toyota of Cedar Park

I can not tell you guys how mad I am at Toyota of Cedar Park. I went in on November 17th to look at a used car for a special kiddo. It was a 2021 Toyota Camry v6 loaded. However, there at just the right time the sales manger came over to tell us it must be fate. They just got a fax the exact same car but brand new! The cost difference wasnt bad & worth it. The big question was will it be here by Christmas?Sales men: absolutely its in *******, ** waiting to be shipped here to Toyota of Cedar Park. Ok deal! You got me, can not pass it up. Deposit down same day to hold it but I need financing to be done by November 30th as I dont want to rerun my credit. (I had been looking for a while & I was already approved) November 30th rolls around..Well its not here but will be here next week. Ok fine.Sales contact signed half of total car down & financed the other half. Done. Here we are December 26th, no f****** car. I went in today to speak to someone in charge as I have been told weekly its coming, soon, next week, next week definitely before Christmas we know its a gift. Here it is December 26th no car. You know what the new car sales manager tells me today?????March..March now!!! Are you kidding me! I was told over & over definitely before Christmas! Sounds like he car wasnt even made yet!I would never recommend this dealership. That special kiddo does not get this car on Christmas or his Birthday which is 10 days after Christmas. I am now financing a car I do not have & my kiddo does not get the surprise I wanted him to have. I can not tell you how heart broken & disappointed I am. This Christmas was almost so special.
