  US Gold Bureau has the most competitive prices of 7 different ************* marketing companies with whom I have recently spoken. US Gold Bureau does NOT have a $10,000 minimum purchase requirement, which shows they help the little investor. Mrs. ****** ***** gave me better customer care and service than personnel in any other company. ****** offered their "Specials', gave me good clear advice and answered all of my questions. She did not push me to buy anything, which demonstrated her genuine heart-to-help and serve attitude. I appreciate, recognize and recommend US Gold Bureau for their professional company policies and procedures and Mrs. ****** ***** for her GREAT customer service.

  Long shipping times even after I was told it would be here when I needed. There is no follow-through after the order has been placed and told there is nothing that can be done when asked. Would not order from them.

  I'm receiving constant phone calls from the United States Gold Bureau that show up as "Spam" yet they won't leave a message to identify themselves & the nature of their call. A robo-call format because the calls come from a slightly different number each time. Which means blocking a number as Spam will do no good. If they are that reputable of a company, they do not need to do business in such an unprofessional & intrusive manner. Don't call me anymore.

  The * S **** Bureau is the best place to buy your precious metals. I have worked with the same senior account representative for almost three years. *************************** is a well trained representative as well as extremely knowledgeable. I am very comfortable investing in his recommendations. **** stays on top of where the market is going and always recommends what he knows will fit in my portfolio as well as what I can afford. * S **** Bureau delivers your product timely, advise when product will ship as well as product delivered securely packaged with no marking as to what it contains.   Started my purchases of precious metals with USGB after doing my research of several vendors. Initially spoke with ***********************, who ultimately became my representative, found him to be extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and easy to talk to. He listened to my goals and strategies and offered advice on how to achieve them. So far his advice has been spot on. He also resolved any hesitation about trusting ours with my money with his easy demeanor and professionalism. Together with him and USGB we have started to build a portfolio that has achieved my goals. The only issue has been their website portfolio tracker, it is outdated and does not provide complete information about my account. In summation, USGB and **** have made the transition into the previous metals world interesting, exciting and very informative.

  I have been purchasing metals from U. S. Gold Bureau since the summer of 2021. They were recommended to me, and my representative is ***********************. He and the company in my experience are honest and reputable. Any purchase guidance information I have requested has been knowledgeable and helpful with no pressure.   My experience with USCB has been fantastic. They are reliable, trustworthy, and the customer service is excellent. **** goes above and beyond to make sure I get the best deal on every single purchase I make. I always get exactly what I ordered in the time frame I am promised, and every purchase is 100% insured. Their website is easy to navigate, and my favorite feature is the portfolio tracker.
