    I recently brought my *** to ******** (**********, **) on 3/8/23 for an oil change, I spoke with **************** (owner) for a moment about the level of service I received prior that week, as I had to bring my car back to the shop a few times due the employees not ordering my air filter I needed for my car. After a day or so I noticed that my car AC when turned on high makes a loud roaring noise, and it started AFTER the oil change I received this shop. I called on Monday 3/13/23 and spoke to **** (manager) who told me to bring it in to look at it. I told him I noticed my compartment was open below my glove box, and it indicated to me something had been changed, and was done so incorrectly, but I'm not sure what. The manager tells me after checking out my car, which took less than 5 minutes,my motor blower which is near filter is off track, or something to that nature, but I've never had any issues before getting my oil changed. **** was very unconcerned, rude, and was unwilling to help, he kept saying that's a 2 hour job, and I needed to take it to *** because he's certain his guys didn't do it. However I'm POSITIVE this issue is a result of the services I received at this establishment. ************** was extremely helpful in getting my initial issue rectified, and I'm hoping to get a resolution to my now issue as a result of his employees, and unprofessional manager.
