      Texted us say we need to call them because your company DER (DESIGNATED EMPLOYEE REPRESENATIVE) for investigation for suspicion activity and because of how many drivers we have listed. It's a complete scam.

      Texted on 4/24/24 with the exact date l filed my MCS-150 update of 2/27/24 saying the *** mileage was not reported & they needed to verify the company designated employer representative for reasonable suspicion testing. SCAM. I saved a copy of my filing & the mileage was reported. Also, the ***** does not use text messaging as a form of communication. These people also constantly send official looking letters that seem to be from the **************************** that you are out of compliance & then offer to complete the forms for you for a fee. You can do this yourself on the internet for FREE.

      This business uses dirty tactics to scam you out of money, they are very misleading people with the names, and phrases they use. They make people think they are part of DOT. Someone needs to stop them They send text at all times of day a night SCAMMERS DO NOT CALL THEM BACK DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY

      Received a text from ************ telling me that my Vehicle Miles ******** wasn't reported on my biennial MCS-150 and that I need to call the ************ to update it. Said they also need to verify the company designated employer representative for suspicion testing. Checked my MC-150 and it had the mileage on it. Googled the 888-business number and found this info. Definitely willing to rip off people.
