I signed a 1 year contract with this gym for my son so he could workout after school, which at the beginning I didn't even know I was doing as I started it for a 7 day freew trial and ended up in a contract. My son finished out the year and I even got the cancellation paper signed by the gym manager with the last date to visit the gym. Now, I am still being charged after the fact and I call the billing for this place and they want to lie to me and say I signed a 2 year contract that I do not even have an email for, which is absolutely ludicrous. I would never even sign a 2 year contract for my son for nothing. This place is a scam and this can be read all over the internet how people are being scammed and constantly billed by this business. After reading about this business on the BBB, I notice that this company always has a excuse and that is, either that person is not a customer, and or, they signed a 2 year contract. This is the worst experience I've ever had in my entire life with a business.

    Misrepresentation of a membership agreement.
    1. This company has a 3 day cancellation policy that was not explained to me.
    2. This cancellation term is in the agreement but this agreement was not sent to me in a time frame that would allow me to read and cancel. if I choose to.
    3. I was told the term of the agreement would be for a year. I found out after receiving and reading the agreement that the term is for two years.
    4. After researching the sales tactics for this company. I have found out it is common practice to lie to potential members to make the sale.
    5. I emailed the website and left several voicemails asking for a copy of my contract. I was just ignored. It didn't matter if I received a copy. I was already a month into the membership but what got me was the two year membership.
    6. At the time of the face to face sign up. I specifically asked Monica V******** (Manger on Duty) if the membership was for a year and she said "yes".
    7. I specifically asked Monica to cancel this agreement all I had to do is pay $99.00 and Monica said "yes".
    8. The transaction was taking place on a tablet and she was not disclosing the important parts just the basics of the agreement. I kept being told that I would receive an emailed version and I took it for granted that i would be able to look the agreement over but that email was not received.

So I feel from reading other member reviews and researching the business. Misleading potential members into lengthy contracts is a very common and dishonest business practice.
