    I purchased a Carepod plus humidifier which had some discoloration in the steel tub and the lid/cover not closing. I reached out to Carepod via emails - since theres no listed phone number on their website regarding this issue. They responded once asking for pictures of the unit which I sent promptly but have not heard back from them again. I made a few attempts but no response. Are you able To get them to resolve this issue- thanks.
