      The Inspectors they dispatch for property damage estimates are unprofessional & uncooperative.

      On July 2022, I changed homeowners insurance because my original company went out of business under strange circumstances. My local agent worked with me to get the best deal with another company. Unknown to me, a third party was assigned the task of "inspecting" my house. I was home the entire month of July and when this person came on my property, they never contacted me in anyway. They trespassed on my property, came into my garage, and stood on my brick fence to take pictures. I obtained a copy of this report from Reliable after my insurance was canceled for "aggressive breed of dog on premises-pitbull." My local agent immediately went into action, notified me, and recd pictures from me, plus a vet's description of my dog, to prove this report was false. It was proven to be a 9 inch, 21 lb Jack Russell mix. This was forwarded to insurance company, and they reinstated my policy. This could have been prevented if the inspector made me aware they were there; all my paperwork was onsite. I have read other similar reviews of this company, and I think it is horrible that such a company is allowed such sweeping power to make or break a home owner. I am a disabled senior who values the complete truth is all situations. This company should be avoided by all companies who value their good name with their clients. Thank you. Star rating should be negative 10.

      It is my understanding that your insurance carrier or agent provides some form of pre-notification communication regarding the inspection process in advance of requesting an inspection from our company, however, I am unable to speak specifically to how that is handled. I would suggest you contact your insurance agent for more information on this process.

      In review of your complaint regarding the inspection of your home we are in agreement that the breed of your dog was misclassified as a pit bull in error. This was a mistake made by the inspector and we would be more than willing to provide you with a corrected copy of the inspection on your home if you would simply contact us to initiate this process.

      We apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced with the inspection process and hope that we are able to have the opportunity to rectify the situation with you!

      Reliable, Your understanding is wrong. I was notified by no one, including your "inspector". I already have a copy of the supposed inspection with the pictures of my home, garage, and 9 inch killer dog. I stand by my comments and pity anyone else who is subjected to your erroneous and false "inspections." This ends my interaction with this company.
