    Spoke with one of the sales managers last week and he confirmed we were still in their system. They have need warned any future contact will result in a harassment suit

    We removed all traces of Mr. ****** information from our database at least 18 months ago.  He may be receiving solicitations from spammers but not from us.  He continues to contact us anyway.  We are going to disregard him in the future.

    The dealer stated I did not see the damage because the car was delivered after dark, which is not true.  The car was delivered mid day. The dealer stated damage was done by 2rd party which is not true.  Dealer left one message.  I was out of the country and unable to respond until now.  If  need to contact an attorney to resolve I will.  Why should I be forced to withdraw a legitimate complaint in order to have my car repaired?n for a diagnosis. Upon purchase the first time I drove the cars there was a clicking in the steering column. The service garage stated that something was wrong with the axel - Specifically left and right inner tie rods and problems with the rack and pinion system. The mechanic stated it was caused due to the car being involved in a collision. This was shocking as the dealer never disclosed an accident. When asked they stated the car had never been in an accident. I believe the car dealetship misrepresented the condition of the vehicle and therefore committed fraud. Otherwise, I wouldnt have purchased the vehicle. *** previously owned the same make of car and understand how one small problem can result in a cascade of additional problems. I would like the car repaired, if it cant be repaired the dealer should replace it, if no replacement can be found, I would like a full refund.

    We are making every attempt to resolve this matter.  ****************** auto was damaged while in transit via a third party carrier.  The damage to a bumper was not noticed at the time of delivery, according to ******************, because the delivery was made after dark.  If we had known about the damage on a timely basis we would have filed a claim against the carrier.  Time has passed and we are not able to do that now.  I have personally told ****************** that we are willing to pay the collision center of her choice to perform the repair and she has verbally agreed to withdraw the complaint.  I have received an updated quote for the repair and have informed ***************** to proceed with the repair.  She has yet to proceed with the repair or to withdraw the claim.  I am now leaving Ms. ****** repeated voicemails to which she is not responding.  If she does not take any further action neither will our dealership.
