5 starsOur toilets were over flowering and stuff was coming up through our **************** in both restrooms. We ALWAYS call CW any time we have issues. When I called that morning, ************ were at my house within 45 minutes. He fixed the problem and was very professional, clean, and went out of his way to give us quotes to install new plumbing (our house is very old). I had joined the Gold Membership, it paid for itself last time they came and saved me quite a bit this time. I highly recommend ***** and CW. 1 starDuring the first visit from CW Service Pros on 8/2/23, the plumber's apprentice dropped a metal tool on my ceramic tile bathroom floor. The result was as chip as well as a scratch. I showed it to the plumber when he returned with a different apprentice on 8/4/23 and he seemed unconcerned. I also called the main office to register my complaint. A manager has contacted me and I have submitted photographic evidence of the damage. Since that time, a week ago, nobody has offered me any refund or repair options.CW Service Pros Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

I am sorry for the delay in handling this for you. I was out of the office for a medical procedure and upon my return the service manager that takes over for this was out. From my review of the account, the ********************** manager has spoken with you and issued a refund to you to handle the damages that you say was caused at the time of service.
