    On November 9th 2024 I had signed a contract with THS solar in order to install a home solar system at my place several times within the last month I have tried to call and unable to contact them I've called the home office I've called the sales **** and have not received any callbacks or anything when I call it goes directly to voicemail at any other numbers I have I want them to please contact me and let's finish this thing up. I would like to know if they've moved or absconded or whatever. Since I don't know if the system is online for sure or not and is in proper working order, I haven't sent any kind of payment to the company that financed the system and will continue not to send them anything until this matter is resolved, thank you

    Hello. We have sent several email and sms messages informing you that the project is complete. The only thing that is left is calling the utility provider of your choosing to switch to a solar buy back program. unfortunately we can not call the utility provider on your behalf because the utility provider needs to speak to you to enroll in the solar buy back program. We re sent the email and sms to you to give them a call and enroll. I will also attach here.

    I recently had a *********** Wall 3 installation and have done follow-on concerns with the process.I received a text, not a phone call, on 18 December asking if an installation of Friday would work. I agreed to install on 20 December, however I had not received any install plans. I was told the installers would arrive between 8-10 am. I had previously discussed the desired location for the install and thought this would be where the install would take place.Materials began to arrive and were stored awaiting installation. I also received a call for the delivery of the power wall. he had picked up from the shipping company.On the day of install the installers arrived at 1:00 PM with no call regarding the delay to begin the installation. They were referencing install plans they received by email on the location of the power wall. The location of the power wall was in a different location than I had previously discussed. I paused the process as this was not agreed. I was told since they were trying to rush my installation is why I did not receive additional information. If it is a simple email or text message why was I not notified. I had been receiving other updates on my solar installation via text since 10 December.I worked with the installers to relocate the power wall to my desired location near the electrical panel. They began the installation process by 2:00 PM. Working until dark they alerted me they would need to return the next day to complete the installation. I began to set up flood lights to allow them to complete as much as possible. They departed approximately 7:00 PM after photos were taken.I received email feedback addressing materials and claiming they were returned for credit to complete my project due to the relocation. And the delay was because of the relocation. I do not believe a 6 hour delay was because of relocation neither were the additional materials needed beyond what was delivered. I am seeking issue resolution due to poor service

    for BBB eyes only: there is nothing wrong with this customer. we simply installed a battery. the location that he wanted the battery was in question per *********************** Code) once we cleared the concern we placed the battery in the location he wanted. i dont understand what this is about?
