  I used ********* shipping for one of my long-distance moves and was very satisfied with the service. From upfront coordination to pickup and drop off, I had one POC (*******) to work with, who was very responsive and accomodating. ******* made sure she communicated and offered context and options. She was able to help coordinate schedules the way it worked for me. Car pick up and inspection were very swift. Car dropoff happened during the window they had communciated. The driver communicated directly on his whereabouts and did a good job doing the after-inspection and getting me on my way. Recommend this company for your long distance moves.

  Acme made shipping our car super easy. From the moment we were in contact, they made sure all of our questions were answered and needs were met, reaching out for check-ins along the way. The day of the pick up the driver was swift with loading the car, the whole transaction taking under 15 mins. Was also pleasantly surprised at how fast the delivery was, reached the destination within 3 days and picked up the car first thing in the morning. Car needed a decent wash after being in transit but all in all was a super smooth process. Would recommend using **** to friends.

  They're only a broker for middle men. You're at the mercy of whoever they use. I was requested to leave my car at a lot in **. The middle man gave me the wrong address. After I called him he showed up at the corner 15 minutes later and just drove off with my car. No receipt, no inspection of the vehicle. When my car arrives in ********** I find it damaged and missing anything that was easily removed or popped off. But ACME isn't responsible because they have a hand written note saying this damage was already there. You are not dealing with ACME and they do not care. Despicable "company".

  After a hiccup at the beginning, when original driver did not show up, a placement arrived three hours later. It was incredibly thorough detailing every scratch on the car. It was very polite.The main office kept me informed at every step along wmy cars cross-country journey, as did the drivers before arriving.The mileage on my car is identical upon arrival to the mileage at departure. All in all, it was a very positive experience

  Great service, good and reliable coordinator. The driver was very nice and polite, professional. Transported my car from ** to IN in 12 hours. Would definitely recommend them.

  Acme Car Shipping was very diligent finding a quality car carrier during difficult weather conditions. The carrier was excellent and delivered our two cars cross country in the same condition as at pick up. Highly recommend Acme Car Shipping.

  My car was shipped from Arizona to Pennsylvania in perfect condition. Arrived within the stated time frame and I was updated periodically from the beginning. Kudos to everyone associated with this transport for excellent service.
