    I am submitting a formal complaint regarding a camper I purchased from True Deals LLC, owned by **** **********, on March 27, 2025. The camper was advertised and verbally confirmed to be in great condition. I communicated multiple times with the owner both by phone and text message, and he clearly stated that the camper had no water damage and was in good working order. Based on this representation, trusting him as a professional dealer.I arranged for professional delivery of the camper, which cost me additional money. Upon delivery, we immediately noticed that one of the main slide-outs could not open. The delivery driver attempted to assist but stopped when we heard a loud popping sound. I called **** right away, and he insisted the camper was sold as is and claimed it was fine when it left his facility.Concerned that something may have happened during transport, I called two licensed RV mechanics. Upon inspection, both refused to attempt repairs due to severe wood rot under the slide-out. The rot is so extensive that the weight of the kitchen appliances and fireplacewhich sit on the slidehas caused structural failure. The mechanics warned that any work could result in the appliances falling through the floor. They confirmed this is not recent damage, but long-term, pre-existing water damage.This damage was never disclosed. When I called **** again to discuss the issue, he repeated, You bought it as is, and offered to roll it into another deal, which I found unacceptable and insulting, considering the circumstances.I am now left with a $30,000 camper that my family cannot safely use, based on a deceptive sale and misrepresentation of the condition of the unit.I am requesting that True Deals LLC take accountability for the false representations made prior to the sale and either:1Refund the full purchase price, or 2Pay for all necessary repairs to make the camper safe and functional.
