    First Reptile pets direct never sent me a receipt for my peach throat monitor. 2nd they never answered my email. And to top it off the never told me when they were shipping him. So he arrived a few minutes ago andbwas ice cold. They put a heat pack in and then covered him up with so much paper in the box that the heat didnt reach him. So now he is in his new enclosure and i am trying tobwarm him up slowly. I hope he makes it. What type of business is this not to tell their customers anything.

    I paid a female ball python and paid twice the amount then a male and i got it resexed by 2 different people and turns out its a male so i paid 250$ more then what i should have paid and the owner says he cant do anything

    I usually don't buy online but took a chance and it was a good choice, animals shipped in safe containers with cooling bags to protect the animals, we've made 3 orders and gotten exactly what they described every time. Courteous when contacted, fast emails,competitive costs and overnight shipping. What else do you need, and yes all animals ate on the same day delivered, extremely happy
