      I had an amazing experience start to finish. The installation crew communicated throughout the whole process. It looks amazing and I am so excited to start seeing the results on my bill this summer. Thank you for being fast and efficient:)

      We bought a 64K solar system in August 2023. They did not deliver what was promised. We were supposed to get 440kw panels and instead they installed 410kw panels. Luckily I was there during install and noticed they were the wrong panels. They came back and dropped off three 400 kw panels in my driveway. Over a year later the panels are still sitting in my driveway waiting to be installed. I have been calling, leaving texts, emailing and NOTHING. I keep getting the run around and being transferred to someone else and each time they tell me they are going to take care of the problem, and NOTHING gets done. *****, the owner will not answer my calls anymore. I called from an unknown number, and he finally answered not knowing it was me. He asked me why I was calling from an unknown number. I told him it was because he was not answering my calls. He transferred me to someone else and I got the same run around. They keep telling me it will be taken care of within two weeks, and it's been over a year. Meanwhile my panels are still sitting on the ground and conduit loose on the roof banging on the roof when its windy. I have clamps that hold the panels down on the ground. I call for the warranty and they don't answer. ****** is the kind of owner that gives all solar companies a bad name. REGRETFUL PURCHASE with this company!!!

      Man this is ridiculous. I have never seen a company act like this. I dont know how they make money because i know word of mouth travels. I was better off not going Solar because of Standard Eco! My inverter went out they told me they would get back with me and still hasnt its the same thing every time something goes wrong they refuse to honor the warranty agreement we have. Ive called them and they dont answer, so I keep calling now when they see my number they pick up and hang up. My system cost me 34k. Thats a lot of money, and I should not be treated like this. So anyone reading this please dont do business with standard eco im telling you its not going to end well. I even went on their website all their phone numbers are disconnected the only way I could get anybody was and emergency number I found on one of my documents. I looked up the ******** address which is or was *****************************************. I drove by there and the owner of the building was there. He told me its a shame how this company does business and that Im not the only person that has popped up looking for Standard Eco, there has been several people that have come looking for them angry. And its a shame! All I want is what I paid for not a run around do what you promised when you sold me the system. So at this point Im taking matters into my own hands. I left my number with the owner of the 920 spring address to give to anyone thats been scammed by Standard Eco to reach out to me so we can take a steps to stop this madness.

      I DONT RECOMMAND THIS COMANY AT ALL.If I could give zero stars, I would. I think this company is a scam. Don't install with them! I'm in the middle of trying to sell our home but the new loan company will not allow a new loan to our home because I CANT get a hold of anyone at this company to show proof of warranty of a current company. We have tried serval time to get in touch and no one has returned any emails or phone calls. Now I call the main line and it says that the number isn't working. I'm worried that I just paid 30k on a system for a fake company. I don't trust this company and any positive reviews I feel are paid for.

      My experience with Standard Eco Solar has been the absolute worst I have ever had, they sold me a solar system March of 2022. This is May 2023 and the system is still NOT up and running. It has been one thing after another; from engineering to re-engineering, 4 times I was scheduled for the install survey, three times was a no-show (Not even a call or notice). They let the permits expire 3 times. They did Not have a "plan" ready for the electrical installation (twice) so the inspector would not sign-off. The electrical group showed up twice to do the install but did not have the correct tools or equipment to complete so they showed up and then just left. I thought they went for lunch. !! Finally the system is in place but electrical contractor said that he didn't have the the fuses or the meter to turn the system on, so he would "let the home office know that my system was NOT up yet" - that was May 2, 2023, today is May 23, 2023 and still no response. I started calling and texting them May 4 still NO response. I've been making payments for the solar system and paying the local elect. company for many months. On a scale of 1 to 10 Standard Eco is a -10 , ******************

      Im a customer with **********************-**********************. My name is ************************* and I wanted to mention that I have had an issue with my roof because there has been damage done to it. The company itself offers a roof warranty just like any other solar company. I have been in touch and trying to get in touch with them and at the end of the day and ive gotten nowhere. I have had this issue several months now and it has not been resolved yet. They are failing to uphold what they said they were in the contract with the roof warranty. Either way theyre stalling. One way or another they are not meeting their criteria and they are definitely NOT a business I would recommend. And at the end of the day I want to hear back from Someone from the eco-standard solar company and anyone that is going to help me with my issue within the next 24 to 48 hours.

      My name is *************************. Please call me at ************** I have holes that were drilled in my roof from standard eco-solar. And these holes were supposed to be filled where the panels were supposed to go and they were not therefore causing a leak In my house. I have filed on the BBB and I am ready to seek legal action but I also have reached out on several instances and gotten no return in service from your solar company. i'm aware you have a roof warranty. I need someone to reach out to me I am waiting for a response within the next 24 to 48 hours. Before I take next precautionary measures. Thank you. I am tired of asking nicely.

      Standard Eco was a great experience for me and my family. Install time was in a day and was smooth to turning on my system.( I have 52 panels and one inverter) the owner(Elijah) and the project manager (Mikey) kept me in the loop at all times. I’m thankful now seeing my electric reducing almost nothing. Best decision of my life on going solar.
