    I paid ***** into my online account. They also gave me 1500 in free spins. I was able to win over ******. They claim you can cash out at anytime but that was not true. So, I clicked on the chat and asked why I was having trouble cashing out and the *** tells me I have to wait until I play to a certain point. I said ok, but after our conversation, my entire balance disappeared. I clicked on the chat again to see what happened and they told me that I never paid ***** and didn't have an active account with them. So, I asked for my money back and they told me I need to contact my bank, and that is what I did. The payment is on my bank statement. I want to report them, because people are struggling and they were not truthful in how they operate. But to take my money and say you never received it, was too much. I need my money back. I had won ****** and I would like to be paid. My deposit was *****. I would like all of my money since they were dis-honest.****** *****
