      The employees are very friendly and they got me a good job on the day I first came in.

      I would like to file a complaint about **** Simpson. I have been an employee from **** *****. I have worked at over 30 different employers on temp assignments. One employer hired me permanently within 6 weeks as a temp. Another 6-week medical gig, turned into about 10 months of employment. I was relieving the employees for vacation. I was hired permanently from 4 companies, one of which lasted for 14 years of service. I absolutely loved **** Simpson and believed and trusted in them completely, until recent events that occurred. A six-month assignment ended because I needed more money. I had to work 2 jobs to make it. I even took an $8,000/year rate decrease in order to get experience in my desired field. I was using **** Simpson, another employment agency & was applying for jobs on my own because I needed income to support myself. I filed for unemployment and **** Simpson made a statement that I failed to return to work. I was injured from a kayaking incident and a day later, I went to ER. I had fallen onto a fallen tree and shish-k-bobbed. Hip and back pain. I have never failed to show up to any of my assignments in the history of my work with them. I missed my assignment and the employee at **** Simpson said, "Never mind!" and left it at that. I was in bed for 4 days due to my injuries and was taking muscle relaxers and pain meds. There was a hearing to appeal the unemployment claim. I found an email to the other employment agency on the day that I was in ER at 2 a.m. I disagree with **** Simpson's statement due to injury and I have supporting documentation to prove it. I will never recommend them to anyone again because they are not fair. I have made **** Simpson a lot of money through the years and I am disappointed in their service in reference to this incident. I wanted to share my experience so that everyone has a fair chance to decide whether they want to use their services. I have used 4 other employment agencies & have no negative reviews.
