    The contract signed back on Jan/04/2022 Reeves Oil Company is the Fuel Supplier, Caddo Super Stop LLC is the owner of the Gas Station business located at ***************************************************************************** suppose-to brand image the store to Valero brand, fix the fuel ************** fuel for 10 years, and pay me $100K upfront to help updating the store.They paid the upfront money in Feb/2022.They said ********************** (the imaging company) is running behind for months and we could look for somebody else to fix the canopy in order to speed things up, the choice was ******** ************** out of ******** ** as the fastest solution , however ******** Canopy dragged the job for months then they came stripped the canopy out of the decking panels and left it at the bare structure only , no one came back to finish and I ended up with messed up canopy. In the meanwhile we were receiving emails every morning from Reeves Oil Company about fuel price that is different from ********** rack price, it was out of ****** Terminal which is higher 10 cents or more during summer according to Reeves Oil Company, I asked for price correction to make sure they are able to supply us with competitive price as everyone do, Reeves after few talks decided it's too much for them to have Allocation at ********** Terminal because we are the only account with them.Now they are willing to release the contract but demanding their money back first, the business is shut down and no other branded fuel distributor will provide service due to contract in place until the release is granted.
