  If i could put zero stars, I would! This place is runned by scammers and little kids...I when here to get my PS4 cleaned out and replace the thermal paste. Instead, they did the opposite, of what they tried to charge me for. When i called i was quoted $40, for everything i mentioned above. After the 3 days, they contacted me to inform the job was done, they tried to charge me $80 and with taxes it when up to $97. SO, I was refunded half for the misinformation on the charges, so i when home to check if my system was working fine. It turned on as normal but would not connect the controllers to it (I tried two of them) even used the wire, it would disconnect after a few seconds. So, I when to another shop, they looked into the system and show me proof THAT indeed it was not cleaned out nor was the old thermal paste was removed. Which can cause the system to useable, and the antenna for the Bluetooth controllers wasn't connected!! So, I left bad review on them thru ******* i was shortly contacted by them and they informed me that the information provided and SHOWN was faked! i hanged up with the man i spoked with, called back and spoke with a women and she told me the same thing that it was false, i should of returned with the issue lol SO with the company that ACTUALLY repaired my system called them and we were both hanged up and blocked from calling...They said they wouldn't refund me the $40, and they never touched the "antenna" which is false since my controller wasn't connecting. ALSO, i had speak to them like kids when "cleaned out system" means clean it out, correct? Apparently no, to have the service i need to tell them "Take apart my system and removed all dust and hair" INSANE i HATE this place, they don't know what they are doing, and always scamming people! When i left that review, one customer had the system issue BUT his system wouldn't turn on. They left him the same comment as they left me.DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, they gaslight the customers!!!

  The customer brought her PS4 in due to it overheating and shutting off. We pulled the gaming console completely apart and cleaned it out. It had a lot of dust and dirt that we blew out. It also needed new thermal paste applied. We applied brand new thermal paste. After all of that was complete, we did extensive testing to ensure the system was powering on and working as it should. We tested the console by playing a game and we also used a bluetooth game controller with it. Everything was functioning as it should during after repair testing. Upon pick-up, the customer came back and had mentioned that the amount charged was different than what she was originally quoted over the phone. After speaking to her about it, we determined that she had probably gotten our $39.99 + tax diagnostic charge confused with the actual repair price. The price we had charged her was $89.99 + tax. We went ahead and honored the $39.99 + tax price and refunded her the difference of what she was charged to make it right. We offer a lifetime warranty with all of our repairs and fully stand behind our work. It was explained to the customer that she could have brought her console back in so that we could take another look and resolve the issues.
