Chilton apartment mail receptacle damaged since November I am not receiving mail and my lease states I have access to a mail receptacle. Also repairs /replacement of appliance has not been addressed even though I have requested update several times. Post office notified manager about damaged mailbox but management told them no money to fix. But told me they fixed but someone backed into and damaged again. No repairs done and no other mailbox assigned

I have been without hot water in my unit since December 21st at 9:30pm. I called first thing on December 22nd when I was leaving for work at 6:20am and called the operator since it is listed as a maintenance emergency. And the office was closed for the holidays. She then relayed the message to the complex. I work 12 hour shifts and returned home at 7:30pm and no one had come by to fix the water heater or check if it was a small fix or something with the breaker. No one had communicated with me throughout the day with any updates. I call the operator again, very frustrated, and she was very rude and said "I told you yesterday Id relay the messages to the manager and they said they are waiting on a shipment of water heaters to come in." This is ridiculous that not a single person has reached out to me about this issue. No one came to even look at my place, no one communicated with me at all, and no one gave me an alternative option for a place to shower or do anything with hot water. I proceeded to call everyday since the 22nd of December and I will send screenshots of those calls. The office has been closed due to the holidays, and it is now January 1st ****, and I still have no hot water. Since the office was closed, I called the emergency maintenance number everyday, and those calls will be recorded within their system. On December 29th, I tried calling to speak with the manager, and the phone just kept ringing. I sent an email expecting a response to fix the water heater and a rent concession. An employee responded saying they were not aware of this problem at all, have no calls, or messages about this issue, and that their phone lines are down (we got no message about this issue) and they are moving to a new call system. And when I requested an alternative option, she said I could shower in a vacant unit, and then proceeded to not respond, and so there was no way of me obtaining keys to this unit because they closed again for the holidays.

I am filling this complaint because I received an itemized statement from my old apartment. The itemized statement stated that I need to pay four hundred dollars to replace the bedroom carpet. The replacement was due to pet urine stains when they decide to replace the carpet due to business practice. Though I do not own a pet and haven't ever owned a pet. They said that they could till it was pet urine with a sniff test. They also required that I pay ahead of time before getting an itemized statement I feel that I was unjustly charged due to pet stains when I do not own a pet.
