    We allowed our son to take our truck to have a stereo and speakers installed here and when he came home we noticed the ENTIRE dashboard was SEVERELY cracked and damaged. The driver side door I had to practically use a lot of force to open the door from the inside because they didn't reinstall the door cover correctly and now the door locks you out. I thought this company were professional but it's not due to how they handle damage they caused. Spoke to the manager and he tried telling me that the dashboard was like that then retracted and tried telling me that my son broke the dashboard and retracted again and said the sun did the damage. NO SIR!!! I am the one driving this truck so I know it wasn't broken like this prior! The manager started taking pictures while I was showing him the damage. The damage is BAD!!!! A crack I can deal with but the WHOLE dashboard, NOOOO!

    At the time the son brought the vehicle to Driver's Edge Car Audio, the dashboard as well as the driver's side door were already damaged. The son represented to Driver's Edge that the the damage to the door and the dash occurred when he tried to install the stereo system himself. Further, the son also stated he had the parts to fix the door as well as the dash, but because he recently moved, he could not locate the parts. As a result, Driver's installed the stereo system subject to all the alleged damage. Driver's Edge did not cause any of the alleged damage because all the damage was already present prior to Driver's Edge ever taking possession or performing any work on the vehicle.

    This is completely false. My son never tried to install a stereo himself. The truck had the original stereo system and purchased a new stereo from Driver's Edge in which they installed it the day of purchase. They never placed the stereo in my son's hands or allowed him to go home with it to try to install it himself. Even the receipt says my son was charged for installation. There were no notes or signed paperwork stating we concented to any work that would cause damage to the dashboard or no call was given to us notifying an adult of this, my son is a minor. This company will lie to get out of fixing the damage that they caused because they are a business and think they can get away with it. There are other reviews on their page of other people getting damage and this company will make excuses to avoid fixing it.
