      I'm very disappointed today november 19 2024 around 545pm I visit your bayamon pr location to receive free dr ****** bandana but there's not enough freebie for customers if I knew that you don't have what you promised I won't go I'm a diabetic person and I went with my wife and my two kids but they remain empty handed instead of purchasing four I have to purchase just two i have to travel one hour because this is the only location in *********** PLEASE IF YOU RECEIVE MORE I HOPE I BE IN YOUR LIST Thank You

      Thank you for your inquiry into the Dr ****** bandana promotion. I'm so sorry you were not able to receive a ******* with the purchase of a Dr ****** product. Unfortunately the promotion was limited in ******** and the media did state that the offer existed until supplies lasted. Due to the interest of valued guests like yourself, the supplies of bandanas ran out prior to your purchase.

      I am rejecting this response because:   IF THE DR ****** BANDANAS ARE LIMITED WHY THE ALL ASSOCIATES WEARING THEM, THE THING IS THAT THERE'S A LOT OF ADVERTISING AND THERE JUST A FEW THATS VERY DISSAPOINTING AND DISCRIMINATORY DUE TO THE LIMITED AMOUNT OF GIVEAWAYS ON THIS SPECIFIC PROMOTION I WAS ON MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS AND YOU ARE NOT OPEN EARLY YOU OPEN AROUND 10AM OR 11AM AND IN JUST 5 TO 6 HOURS YOU RUN OUT THATS UNFAIR I JUST WANT A PROPER COMPENSATION OR I WILL FILL OUT A COMPLAINT IN *************** D.A.C.O.       Good Night I visit this location for sonic the hedgehog promo I purchase the shadow snow and sonic sno in 12oz Sonic Collector Cup I Scan My Card And Going To Pay With A $20 Digital Gift Card But They Can't Accepted Bacause They Only Accept Physical Gift Cards The Cashier Do A Second Transaction To Process This Gift Card And Erase The First One And He Told Me That I Have To Submit My Receipt Online Bacause He Cannot Scan Any Rewards They Hand Me My Two Sno But When They Hand Me The Secret Spoon Appear Like Someone Try To Open One Of The Plastic Bag Of The Spoon I Tell Her That If She Please Change This Spoon And She Told Me No That I Have To Stay With That Spoon... My Order Was Not Free I Have To Pay With My Own Money Bacause The Digital Gift Cards Doesn't Work Here

      Location: ******************************************************************************* On June 12 2023 at **** hours I put in an online order using the Bahama Buck's website. I scheduled my order for **** hours for pick up.When I arrived at around **** hours I pulled up to the drive thru. The female who was working the drive thru told me that my order wasn't ready because it was scheduled for **** hours. I pulled up my email to confirm my time was **** hours. The female refused to look at my email and said the online ordering has nothing to do with their company. The female said I needed to wait 50 minutes. I told the female that I only had a 30 min lunch break and could not wait any longer. I requested for a refund and she refused to give me one.The female then said she had a ton of orders and that they could make my order but I would have to wait an additional 20 minutes. At that time it was **** and I did not have time to sit and wait because I was going to be late for work. Again I asked for a refund and she refused. I left the location without getting my order or a refund. The order was for $7.12
