      Between 2022 to the Present, we have experienced a myriad of issues when ordering dine-in or take-out at your Taco Villa location in *********, *****. Please see the enclosed letter for further explanation. We have attempted to contact your corporate office multiple times about this, all of which went unanswered. At this time, I respectfully ask for some sort of meaningful response.

      Around the last week of February of this year 2024 my son started working at the Taco Villa located at ***************************************************. The manager on site by the name of *** was the most obnoxious and disrespectful man we have ever dealt with. My sons first day of work, he comes home so upset to the point of crying, mind you he is 16yrs old, but about to break down over the way this so called manager treated him. When providing my son his work uniform, he throws it at him against his chest hard enough to make my son jump back. He over heard the manager calling others racial slurs for being Mexican and making those kids feel so low to the point of them quitting on site and crying as they leave. He does not deserve to be a manger treating kids like this. I dont expect money, a suit or anything of that nature, but I would like that *** to be reprimanded for his uncalled for actions against not only my son, but about 8 others current employees. My son decided not to go back because of how poor he was treated.

      My name is *********************** and I am the Director of *************** for Taco Villa. I have investigated this issue and believe this complaint is not valid. ************ applied 11/2023 and refused to be clean shaven so he was not hired. He later reapplied 03/2024 and was eager to shave and begin working with us. He was hired on 03/02/2024 and terminated on 03/04/2024. He told ************* that he was quitting because he was going to go work at Auto Zone. He is eligible for rehire. 

      ************ never made any complaints to myself or the Area Managers. All new employees are given their uniforms in a Taco Villa box. This complaint against *** is very much out of character and I can assure you he would not call any person a racial slur.
