    Lubbock Concrete Coating was hired to coat my patio, garage, and porch in April 2024. Mr. ********* reviewed the cracks in the patio concrete and told me the cracks would be filled before coating. The coating began to crack in late June, 2024 - 2 months later. On July 13, 2024, I called and Mr. ********* stated he would come and look. I called again on July 22nd and he said he would be by to look sometime that week. I called again on July 31st and were told by his wife she would "get things going". I sent him pictures and was told on August 6, 2024, the crack would be an "easy Repair". Mr. ********* told me the crack was not under the 15 year warranty and I would have to pay for the repairs. He told me he would be at my house on October 18th - no show or no call. I emailed him on November 18th and asked why he did not show or call, and he responded he will get the job done. Still no show or no call. His word is as good as his work.
