      I have not had my trash collected for three consecutive weeks, despite having an active account with ******************** LLC District 5114 DBA Caprock Waste. My account has been charged as usual, but no service has been rendered. When I contacted the company to report the missed pickups and request cancellation, I was told that the trash collectors had marked my address as picked up, even though the trash remained untouched. I provided notice and requested resolution multiple times, but the company has refused to cancel my account or refund the service that was never provided. I am being billed for services I have not received, and I consider this a breach of *********** proof, the company sent a video showing a trash pickupbut the video clearly does not show my residence. It was taken at a different location. This is a clear breach of contract. I am requesting:1.Immediate cancellation of my trash service account without penalty 2.A refund or credit for the weeks that service was not rendered

      MRS. ***** advised that she had no service three weeks in a row. After receiving this complaint our ops supervisors pulled all gps tracking from the service truck, reviewed dash cam footages from service truck, and performed a detailed site check. Our findings did show the location, and dumpster was serviced all three weeks disputed. The truck dashcam clearly shows Mrs. ***** house and her container being serviced all three weeks. The camera footage showing her house and container along with gps maps were sent to Mrs. ****** but she continued her dispute. She them demanded her account be cancelled. We do typically require a 30 day notice of cancelation but this has been waived, and a full refund was issued for the month of May since this month had already been billed. However, we will not be issuing any credits for the 3 weeks contested as evidence clearly proves we did in fact service this location the 3 weeks disputed.

      We canceled trash pickup service with **************** Waste Management 6/5/23. Account was fully paid, cancellation confirmed in writing through their office the next day. No further charges were billed or drafted. We received a bill 8/5/23 from Waste Wranglers billed by Waste Connections/Caprock Waste ************ out of *******, **. We have never initiated communication or business with this entity. The bill was for trash pickup for July, however we have no trash receptacles belonging to any of the aforementioned companies and havent since early June. We canceled the account due to Diversified failing to pick up trash consistently for months to the point service stopped altogether. I didn't pay as I dont have any current service with them and didnt recognize Waste Wranglers or Waste Connection/Caprock and had no business with them. I advised them of this. I sent them an explanation and copy of cancellation email from Diversified along with explanation that we paid our final bill, haven't had receptacles since June and nothing more is owed. But I am now receiving repeated harassing calls from a collections representative threatening to send account to collections.Several of my neighbors are experiencing the same ordeal even so far as being newly billed for non existent pickups as recent as for the full month of August even though they have no trash receptacles let alone service and canceled service months ago but are still hassled for payment. Our entire neighborhood is being terrorized after we were given no choice but to cancel due ******************* going, for lack of a better term, AWOL. Endless mechanical, personnel, weather, technical issues etc. Consistent missed pickups til they just stopped coming at all. This started last winter and came to a head in May. Still though I paid in full 5/9/23 and canceled 6/5/23. Meaning I even paid in full for a month when virtually no trash was picked up.We need this to stop, and for them to leave us ALL alone.

      This account was obtained in a merger of companies. Any past due balances with the former company before the merger have been credited. The customer now has a zero balance after investigation of the account. No balance is due with Waste Wranglers or its parent company *******. The customer now has a zero balance. Thank you
