    I had gotten a Rub me the right way , gift cert, from my son *****, from ****** **, at Christmas, so I decided to call for an appointment, for Jan, 25th if possible. She said, I couldn't get in until the week of March the 13th, ( I had done some checking on this and it seemed skechtey , so I called this place I got a recording, they don't take any schooling teaching, no couples massage etc. but they will reward single massages), I also texted thur messenger and they didn't answer
    Then this women called me being very rude . This ***** M***** called me back where her place is ************* ******* tx *****. but she call me on her private line. . I asked her if i could get a confirmation # for much, she said she would send me one of the week of March 13, 2023. I told her that wasn't going to work. She then said she had **** hundred clients she had to take care of, ****** should be able to hire someone to help her. You do the math for at least $75 to $100 a pop. I told her I would call BBB and she hung on me. If she was really worried , she would have tried to help me. I'm so sorry, I did try to call her back before I filed a compliant.

    I am an individual massage therapist who has been in business for over 19 years. Because of my excellent knowledge and reputation I stay booked up to 3 months out. I give myself 30 minutes in between client sessions to return calls & messages. This particular person called me 9 times, leaving 4 nasty/tacky messages, emailed me from my website and messaged on Facebook that I NEEDED to call her RIGHT AWAY to schedule an appointment for 3 days from the day of her manic messages, ALL WHILE I WAS IN MY ONE HOUR SESSION. When I finally was able to call her after I finished, I informed her that my 1st available appointment wouldn't be until March 3rd ( about a month from the date she wanted, which was 3 days from when she called).
    At this point, she then went even more manic and started insulting me. Saying that I was scamming people, and saying she heard that I was a bad instructor, and that I should take my website down if I was so busy. Saying f I was so busy, I should hire people and that I couldn't be that good because I have bad reviews. I HAVE OVER 465 REVIEWS and less than 40 bad ones. You just can't please everyone, particularly this impossible person. *************************************************************** *************************************************************** *************************************************************** *******************************************
