I dropped my White **** Buck off at Lone Star Wild Game Processing to process my deer on 11/26/2023 with $155 paid at drop off. I requested tenderloin steaks, backstrap steaks, jerky strips, 80/20 jalapeno cheddar hamburger and regular 80/20 hamburger, 10 pounds of breakfast sausage, and the antlers cut off the deer. I received my processed deer meat on 01/12/2024 with an extra payment of $50. The business said that my deer didn't have enough meat on it to fulfill everything requested from it. At least half of my deer meat was not in the box they gave me. I weighed the box full of deer meat and it only came to **** pounds box and all. My deer weighed over 120 pounds gutted before processing. I called the business and they said my deer yielded a little over 27 pounds of meat and notified them I only received 19 pounds of meat. I've killed many deer in my life and even the smaller deer yielded ***** pounds of meat. I looked at online reviews of this business and they all have the same issue of this business stealing at least half of their wild game meat. My order number for the processing of my deer at this business is ****.
