      I went to the Rustys Weigh Scale in Lubbock and was ripped off! Im not sure how the ***** ****** does their business, but the ************** was slow to certify my scale, stay in the second lane from right and charge me $70 after assuring me it wouldnt cost much to recertify my small fishing scale. The dang thing was only $75 bucks new online so Ill just go buy a new one rather than pay them their rip off fees!!!

      Mr. ****** came to our business to have a scale calibrated. Spoke to Mr. ****** and said he needed the scale calibrated. The scale did not get calibrated for 3 weeks as Mr. ****** stated he needed it done for July. Last week he called, the shop guys rigged up weights and a basket of weights from 50 -600lb in 50lb increments to test the scale. This took 2 men 45 minutes to set up and tear down. The standard 1 hour shop rate is $125 per man per hour and they wrote the bill to Mr. ****** at $62.50. Mr. ****** threw a fit and tossed the scale back to my employee who retrieved it for him and told her to keep it. Mr. ****** did not pay 1 dime for any of the work done. I am not sure how this makes Rusty's Weigh a *****.
