    11/2023 *** has failed to returns calls or messages regarding failed dolor pool pump and solar mini splits in our contract. The pool pump mini splits had to be removed due to constant failure. I now have 12 panels on my roof that serve no purpose. He was suppose to connect those to the solar system and has not returned our calls.

    That is correct we have to and will take care of the problem. Our company has gone through a tough last few months and has barley kept our doors open. I dd try and call as well as txt as you can see with attachment. The only number provided is the **********. In the last txt I was trying to set up a time so we can get a plan to tie in the panels. If ***** will give me a call ********** we can set up time.

    I spoke with ***. He stated they would come out on Monday/Tuesday. ****************). They never showed up or communicated. I sent him a texted on 02/19/24. No response. I sent him another message on 02/202/24 and have not received a response.

    I had left a message with ******* and ***** messages that we would not be out at those times. I have also left them a response on text as you can see from photos. It seems this is the only way to communicate with them. I know they live in a Canyon so could be the response problem. Here is my Email *********************************************************** may be the best way to respond. I had explained to ******* that our company is in very hard times and as soon as we can take care of the issue we will. In the voice mail I left on ***** phone had mentioned we are finishing a project this week since it was like 10 last week and will get a time next week to get a plain on solving this.
