      Would give 0 stars if I could. Had internet service installed in April. Salesman was either not honest about what services I'd be getting or was uninformed. When I finally went to their office after not getting anyone on the phone and asked why my house phone hadn't started working and how did I get my tv streaming service started, she said the tv installation was separate with installation fees, and some lame excuse about the phone. Here I am now 1st of July still waiting on a bill. Can't reach anyone on the phone, their front office is shut down, can't set up an online account number, which was supposedly emailed to me along with the announcement about the office, but haven't received a cotton picking thing! This is the second business this year that's jerked me around, and I am so disgusted!

      Vexus Fiber has extremely poor business practices. They hire aggressive door to door salespeople who use high pressure tactics, including making false claims like saying they'll tear out Optimums lines if you dont switch. When I called Vexus to report this, they didnt seem to care or take any responsibility for the salespersons behavior.

      I switched when Vexus came to *************. Recently they sold out and closed their office in ************* Tx. Now it takes 1-2 waiting for someone to help. They also have double billed me. I canceled my account May ******* with a letter and a check paying off my balance. But they are still billing me. Now I cannot get in touch with anyone to get this worked out.

      Vexus Fiber has provided AMAZING internet service for me for the past six years in southeastern *********. However, I recently moved, and contacting their customer service has proved impossible. For two solid weeks, I can't get anyone to answer their phones, and their chat is utterly worthless. There is an initial response, but then it goes silent.

      performance level is poor. ***** claims of the internet speed. customer service is non existent - on hold for over an hour and transferred multiple times to try and cancel my service ( I'm still on hold).obviously intentionaliy done by head of customer service and the executives of ********************. must have a lot of complaints to have customers on hold this ******* yourself a favor and don't sign up with vexus; they are a terrible company.

      3/12/2025 I've had a real eye opening experience with Vexus Fiber that I want to share with everyone. I've been with Vexus Since the spring of 2024. I left optimum internet because they were overcharging and gas lighting customers that they could deliver 1gb speeds. Internet outages will occur with every isp because we live in an inperfect world. However, You shouldn't have to wait for over and hour and a half to speak to someone and report your outage. Also You shouldn't have to wait for days to have your service restored or be helped by tech support. This is a lack of ********************* from ******************. It gives me insight and perspective into how their culture operates. I would never recommend Vexus or Optimum to even my worst enemy. I don't have any enemies that was just a figure of speach.Don't tell customers to report their outage or create a trouble ticket via the internet if their internet is down. Don't create live chat options through the Your web page that don't even work. How about answering Your customers over voice lines in a timely manner. I'm going back to **** or possibly looking into AW Broadband for my ISP. I know it will be worth it in the end.

      On time, the installer was very polite and cleaned up his mess! Explained everything and how to do a reset if it ever needed.
