    I had my water softener and reverse osmosis system installed in my entire house a few years ago at a cost of over $4000. However, I did not find it beneficial; rather, it required much more maintenance than it was originally promised. The filters are expensive and necessitate the installation of a company technician. About a year ago, I replaced my countertop, which meant that the reverse osmosis system needed to be replaced as well. The technician came by but was unable to replace it. Consequently, I no longer have access to reverse osmosis water. Despite this, I have been billed $176.40 for their service, even though it has not been provided. I have made several attempts to explain the situation, but the company does not want to make any adjustments. I have given up on the reverse osmosis system and I am also dissatisfied with their water softener. I would like them to refund the approximately $980 that I paid for the reverse osmosis system so that I can find another system elsewhere. Additionally, I need them to remove the service charge and reimburse me for the cost of the useless reverse osmosis system.
