      I have been attempting to get date of death plates on my parents marker since August 2020. Upon my fathers death in August 2020, I paid for date plates for both he and my mother. The check cleared my bank almost immediately! Since that time, I have called and went to Garden of *************** , as well as Gipson office, multiple times. Each time I am told that ***** will call me back. My last contact was yesterday. After being put off once again, I asked for a refund so I can take my business elsewhere. Once again, I am waiting on a call back that will more than likely never come. This is ridiculous! A grieving family should not have to deal with such callus treatment!

      Our mother passed away August 16,2021 and interred in the mausoleum one week later. Her service was prepaid in ****. Her crypt still has no identifying information after almost 2 years. We have made numerous trips to the office at Garden of Memories cemetary and spoken to many people who always have some excuse to offer. Our only recourse will be legal action should this not be corrected within the next week. We have been beyond patient.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  However, it should not have taken two years to get resolution.
