  I thought the problem was fixed but they only made it worse after all the rain, my bathroom vent among other places have been leaking and after it was brought back a second time for there c*** job of re sealing the roof on my fifth wheel I trusted that they made it right but the vent cover that goes over my bathroom vent fan was left off(did not realize until it was leaking water in and I looked at old pics before it was taken to them there are numerous places water blows right in under sealant its a horrible job and has flooded my camper in numerous places, I will try to attach before and after picture of vent I have been having a lot of health issues from mold and Ive been living in fifth wheel so the dr has said its more then likely the issue, I had no visible leaks before they worked on it (I know they eventually all do but I had none like I do now or that I could see)

  ************** returned his ** to our dealership for the second time for repairs at the first of March of 2022. The repairs were corrected on the ** per customers request. I have shown the pictures that was submitted by **************, to our Service Manager, ***************************, and was told that they would not have taken the ************ off to correct any issues with the roof. I am not sure what vent cover ************** says is missing, since the ************ was never removed.  When the customer came to pick up his **, *****************************, one of our service technicians,  asked ************** to check out the repairs that were made to the roof and ************** had no complaints. If he was having problems with our repairs I would have assumed he would have called our dealership before now. We have not heard anything from him since March of 2022.

  I was not physically able to climb up and inspect it when picking it up and still am not able to do to other health issues going on right now  most places of business dont do crappy jobs and are trustworthy, I trusted this place to do the job right  since my late grandfather talked very highly of the owner and claimed they were friends and how he is a good Christian **** but after talking to about 10 other people that have had similar experiences its not a surprise, I have before and after pictures showing the brackets for vent/fan over bathroom clearly lose nuts, missing the cover vent that was over it(do not know name of the cover),bracket in one area raised up with the sealant on it but one side clearly open and allowing rain, I made numerous calls and never received anything back after second time of bringing camper for them to basically not do ****, I would rather praise a business instead of talk negative but a blind meth head with his hands tied behind his back could have done a better job re sealing it, I knew I should have done it myself but was not physically able to ****** learned but can I atleast get the vent back that **** left off, atleast it may cover where your guys left huge gap in bracket with no sealant under it you honestly think that is a job that should be sent out? Whoever is ok with that should be fired along with guys that actually did the job yall are destroying peoples property, I have contacted another company and will be getting them to make repairs as soon as I can but it is sad that yall ok c*** like that to go out if I let something like that go out on a pipeline job or in a dab shop Id get ran off no questions asked also thanks for the no call backs dont know where the ball was dropped but either I was avoided because you knew it was a screwup or you didnt get the message all I wanted was my camper re sealed and it was worse after I brought it then before atleast before.

  I was able to show our service manager, *************************** the pictures that were sent, and he said the Max *** vent is obviously not on the roof. If the Max *** vent had been on the roof while they were sealing the roof the caulking would not have been on top of the bracket since the Max *** vent sits on top of the brackets. The customer inspected the roof when he picked up the unit the first time and requested we took off a quarter of a inch of cut off piece of Dicor that was stuck to the caulking, which was removed. As I mentioned before it has been almost a year and we have heard nothing from this customer. ************** is more than welcome to call and discuss the matter further with our Service Manager or General Manager.

  I am rejecting this response because:
  First it was brought back for numerous reasons mainly for water coming out from under sealant,2-3 inches around vents parts of roof coating pulled off and not protected,brackets up and very poor quality work,and did not look that way when brought up there, also not just one max *** vent missing yall removed three and never replaced Im guessing because they broke them as there are pieces of the vents under dicor on top of brackets, I was followed there do nothing came off while being pulled all were on roof when it was dropped off, correct it has been almost a year I made numerous calls and was told he was not in or was busy and would call me back and after months of trying never heard a thing, currently still dealing with a injured shoulder but not I was not able to climb up there and physically inspect because normally places do a quality job not something that looks like a 2 year old even leaving a cap from the dicor stuck in the sealant this is exact reason it has been such a headache instead of a business saying hey we messed up TWICE not fixed just a run around and talking about something that it didnt even go back for none was taken off it had to be added because guys literally ripped the rubber roof parts off and left it open to elements first time, I hate having to constantly deal with this and get the run around not saying ***** is lying but obvious other guys are because THREE Max-*** vents removed and never replaced on top of other issues that are really not important then the vents but the **** vents were there day it was dropped off then lied about removing and about removing the sealant? I have pictures of everything its the opposite first time ok things happen but second time and not really much fixed or put back on and no calls ever returned and flat out lies about removing parts off camper when there only ones been up there besides my son taking pictures, just trying to get all documentation that I can and hopefully they are not doing this to all other people even though I know they are Ibhave numerous people that have had there property done similar ways, only way Ill be having any communication is through email so there is proof of hat is said or not said, but your service guys are flat out liars, *************** needs to hire sone people that will do jobs right and not BS people and leave there property in this shape.
