    To Whom It May Concern:

We received the below ad submission from Mr. **** on June 11, 2025.

REAL JOB WANTED. I am in ********** Texas. Am a right leg BKA with a couple
of other physical limitations. Looking for a job (not online) in the
food industry. I have a food handler's permit and am volunteering at two
different organizations in ******. Have some online Call *****
(nickname).**************. Available Saturdays. Leave voicemail or send
    text

We responded with an email informing him his ad did not qualify as a free ad and the cost would be $30. for 3 weeks or $15. for 1 week.

ANY ad seeking employment is deemed "COMMERCIAL" in The East Texas Peddler. By OUR rules & guidelines his ad does not qualify for FREE advertising. We do offer "I do yard work", "I clean house", I do ranch work", I babysit" at no charge which we also informed him of.

Mr. **** has sent numerous emails telling us what is commercial & non-commercial in OUR publication, saying we are unethical, threatening to report us to numerous agencies and slander us on social media.

We offer a FREE paper to the public & our non-commercial ads are FREE. We have been doing this for 34+ years with little to no complaints.

We wish Mr. **** the best in his search for employment but ask that he not contact us again. I'm sure he would be more satisfied advertising elsewhere.

    Thank you,

    ****** **********
