      There is a guy claiming he is the store manager at Game Xchange in *************, **. Yet he was rude and would not take back a product that was messed up back. I had it for a week and it wasn't working properly. He pretty much told me that he isn't going to let me return it. He yelled at me Infront of my children and caused a big scene in front of other customers as well. I even had some items I wanted to trade in, he refused and told me that it would be best if I post them on ******** for sale. One of the worst moments in my life. I will never go to another Game Xchange store the rest of my life. There is no way to contact management or the area manager to make a serious complaint.

      Why do you have no way for customers to contact anyone? I was only able to talk to the absolutely useless store manager. What kind of legitimate business has no way to contact the upper leadership? Thats pathetic and probably illegal, and I will be checking on it.
