      I keep getting charged for visits not made. I have also been charged for canceled visits when I have the confirmation email for canceling. The business has been contacted serval times and either state they have to look into (with no return call) or state that their policy has changed. I was also charged for a missed visit with a therapist that was no longer an employee at the time of the charge. My total is now at $160 dollars and I would like it removed from my account.
