I dropped my Clock off around September of 2023, They called and said my clock was fixed. I picked it up on 11/20/23. I paid by debit $541.14 assuming my clock was fixed. I brought the clock home. It worked for a few days. I called him and said the clock quit working. He told me to bring it back in. With the holidays and I had to travel Hour and half, I brought the clock back to him on 1/20-24. He had my clock for year and half. I kept calling and they kept saying the were waiting for a part. After a year and 1/2 and no phone calls I decided to Pickup my Clock , Which was on 4/11/25. The man that was there said he couldn't write me a check. I would have to wait till owner got back from vacation. I called on Monday and owner said He will not give me a refund. He said he fixed my clock , which he never really fixed , and said he will not give me a refund. I expect with good business practices I expect a refund. I did have to sign that I picked up my Clock or they wouldn't give it me.

I called The Clock Shop to ask about fixing my ************* clock on 8/19/2022. I told them I took the mechanism out and tried to fix it myself. I asked if they could fix it. They told me to bring it in. I took it in and the owner looked at it and said it would be $500 to fix it seeing how I brought the mechanism in and another $150 to bring it to that house to install it. I called the wife and she said ok on the amount. I told him I was getting it fixed for my wife who has cancer. I called him on Monday 8/21/2022 to ask how things were going and he said he would fix it today. He never called to say there was going to be extra cost involved. His son brought it to the house on 8/22/2022 to install it. After he gave me the bill it was $974.25. I told him it was only supposed to be $650 he said they had to put 2 new cables in and straighten the shaft. that was supposed to be included in the $650. Like I said they never called to see if it was ok to just fix it without my authorization for the higher price. I want my $324.25 back that they overcharged me.
