      I chose to go to pirtek to get a hose made quick and conveniently.But instead had to sit around and wait. So they could go to a different store that I could have gone to. I could have got for cheaper instead they went there and they upsold it to me. And you could clearly tell because their stuff says perfect and the other place said ******

      First, I would like to apologize for your experience with us. I would also like to say thank you for telling me about your experience and giving me the opportunity to respond.  It is certainly not how we do business. I am not sure what took place here to have made this method of resolution for you. We try to make and take care of everything here in house and if we are unable that we would have a discussion with our customer to try to resolve this issue to your satisfaction. 

      I certainly do not want anyone that comes to us for help and to walk away feeling the way that you do. I would really appreciate an opportunity to discuss and correct the experience you had with us. I can certainly say we are not perfect, but I have always done my best to make it right for my customers. Please give me the opportunity to do this for you.
