    This company represents itself as a ************************* I bought 3 of their Insurances. Reliance **** ********* *****, and ****************** Indemnity. They send docs looking like insurance, even listing a $ ***** max out of pocket. They ARE not attached to any real ****************** Companies. I live in ******* and the salesman assured me I would be covered in 50 states, as I travel for work. Then, when I had pneumonia and was hospitalized for 3 days, they paid nothing! I called The ** Attorney General and filed a complaint, and they never responded to them. They recommended going to the ** Insurance Commissioner. I filed a claim and the Agency says they are not an ****************** nor are they Licensed to sell insurance in **.I paid for 14 month $ ****** and when we needed them they refused to pay a dime. These people are thieves. Since they are not licensed in ** to sell Insurance, I want a refund of the Insurance premiums I paid.

    I wonder if this company is either fraudulent or went out of business. Their patient portal website address has disappeared; only an error shows. When I try to call a number I have previously been able to reach them at, one immediately disconnect without ringing and the other line says it's been disconnected. I will attach the cards my daughter was issued.mmshe was issued. (She is on the autism spectrum, works parttime, and we found this company through the marketplace for Affordable health care, government.) Her insurance payments are deducted automatically, so we want to see if we should stop the payments.

    I have been trying to cancel my subscription with Data Miners LP/ Balck hawk insurance. That have so many different names. The telephone number on the healthcard keeps you in hold for hours then hangs up. I have logged onto membership services and there is no option to cancel. I have emailed multiple different company emails with no response. At this point, I believe this is a fraudulent company and I want to cancel services and remove myself from autopay.

    My mother, *****************************, signed me up for health insurance through the internet and was given a policy that was supposed to pay major medical services at 70/30 with no deductible. I was hospitalized on January 20th with blood clots in my lungs and the insurance company is denying the claim and all related medical bills. I have signed a HIPPA form for my mother to be able to speak to the insurance company and come to find out they will only cover 2 office visits per year and some preventative services. This is not the policy that was purchased. My mom has made many calls to the company, and they just give her the run around. Can you please help me get my claims paid and /or reimbursed for the premiums paid in the amount of $2,475. My mom has read up on Data Miners LP and they appear to be a scam. The names and phone numbers we have are ***************** at ************ and the Agents name is ***************************. ***************** is supposed to be a supervisor. ***** is the one who sold her the policy. My policy ID is ********. Please call my mother, *******, with any questions as she has all of the information. Her number is ************. Thank you
