I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the persistent distribution of flyers from ***** Landscape Services on my property. Despite having a clearly visible "no soliciting" sign posted on my door, the company's flyers continue to appear. The company's claim that their flyers are merely advertisements, not solicitations, is a disingenuous attempt to justify their disregard for my wishes. A "no soliciting" sign is intended to prevent any form of unwanted distribution, whether it involves a sales pitch or simply the delivery of promotional materials. This company's inability to understand the fundamental rights of property owners is a significant red flag. Their disregard for such a basic principle raises serious concerns about their reliability and trustworthiness. Given their failure to respect my wishes in such a minor matter, I cannot recommend this business for any larger projects. Their inability to adhere to simple requests undermines their credibility and makes them an unreliable choice.

    Dear ***,

We do not distribute our own flyers. We pay a company called H&H distributing to pass out our flyers. We have repeatedly told this company to not put flyers on doors that say no soliciting, and we are truly sorry this happened.

?Furthermore, they are advertising NOT soliciting. Soliciting means physically trying to sell you something...They simply delivered an advertisement.  These advertisement flyers may have been put on your door handle, but by definition, a "No Soliciting" sign is a way to ask people to respect your privacy and not disturb you by asking for anything IN PERSON. Again, we ask the distributor to skip properties with this signage, but occasionally they do get left on the door despite the sign, and we apologize for their oversight.

We do great work and are super reliable as you can see by our other reviews. We are a small family owned business, and taking your daily frustration out on us online really hurts our business. Please reconsider your negative review. Thank you ?
