  a routine check-up. As always, they took an x-ray and came up with a treatment plan. However, the doctor ***** have time to go over the treatment plan with me and had his medical assistant do it instead.I specifically told the ******* ******************* that my daughter had a white spot on the front of her tooth that I wanted treated. He acknowledged this and said they could schedule it, instructing me to check with the front desk for availability before walking away.I then asked the medical assistant if she could check if there was a spot available to treat the front tooth while we were already there, as I had taken time off for the appointment. She agreed and left to check. However, it was taking a long time, so I asked another assistant the same thing.While checking out, I reiterated to the front desk about treating the white spot on my daughters front tooth and asked if there was availability that day. After consulting with the ******* she said it wouldnt take long and they could do it that day, so I agreed.They took my daughter to the back for the treatment. She seemed very uncomfortable and was crying, which concerned me. I asked the doctor why she had to go through this discomfort just to treat the front tooth spot, and the doctor responded that they were starting from the back. I was confused but trusted the process.When they finished, my daughter was still crying, and I noticed they hadnt done anything to the front tooth. I asked why they hadnt treated the front spot, and the doctor nonchalantly replied that they had done a filling in the back instead.The doctor dismissed my concerns, It seems like this place is more interested in making money than listening to the patients' needs and concerns.****************** was the doctor in charge. I would avoid this clinic if hes the one treating your child.

  Staff rude, manager unwilling to even listen to my complaint just kept interrupting saying she wanted to schedule the appointment. Had to call 4x just to get an appointment. I have a name, I understand it’s easier to call everyone the same thing so you don’t have to remember parent names but calling me momma instead of ma’am: I could do without, although after I told her my name and corrected the address she still called me momma. Not a fan.

  Completely neglectful of my childrens dental care. They required my kids have dental surgery at another facility, had me sign paper work TWICE regarding the surgery because they forgot about us and lost the first set of paperwork. 9 months later they have still done absolutely nothing towards scheduling this required surgery even after dozens of phone calls and emails.

  Please avoid this office. It is very unprofessional. I made an appointment for my son. When I showed up the day of his appointment, I was told that my son was not scheduled for that day. I showed the lady the confirmation and voicemail that I received from their office employee! I even spoke to an employee over the phone the day before the appointment and told her I was confirming his appointment for the following day. Not only did they not assist me, but also when I asked for corporates number to file a complaint, the young lady gave me a wrong number! I keep calling the number and they keep rejecting the call. (How obvious for a corporate number to reject a call). Also! While waiting in the waiting room the same employee told a customer that her appointment was canceled because she did not answer her phone when they called to confirm appointment.. this office is a joke! Please avoid these liars!

  They used to be great, but the past few months, no. They rescheduled my last appointment for both my kids, at the last minute. Then they waited until after 5pm the day before the most recent appointment to verify my insurance. They had some issues with that, so I called and left a message and they called back and told me it was too late to verify anything. She asked if I could come at 2:40 to verify...I had other appointments scheduled, so no, I couldn't cancel a scheduled appointment just to verify insurance. I asked her if they could do the verification then the appointment so I could keep my same appointment time and she told me no. She said I could pay out of pocket ($300 per kid) if I still wanted them to be seen at 8am. Why would I pay out of pocket if I have insurance that you can verify? And WHY you wait until the day before the appointment and AFTER business hours to verify insurance??? The dentist we had was good, but they need to adjust their verification process, and probably their front office staff as well. Another morning taken off work, for NOTHING. Find your kid another dentist.
