    I signed a contract with **************************** to release me from my timeshare. I have been trying to resolve a problem with the Broker Option that they referred me to. The Broker is, Timely Acquisitions whom I signed a contract with and it states that I will be responsible for anything billed on the timeshare property within 120 days. After that, the broker is responsible for anything due on the timeshare property for the entirety of transfer process. Contract was signed Jan 1, 2024. They are now refusing to honor the contract because of change to their policy which has nothing to do with our already established bonded contract. I am requesting a full refund of $1975.00. The ****** Group is being very vague with their help and I paid them over $4000.00. I could really use your assistance in this matter because they misrepresented, misled me throughout this entire process. Thank You

    Since its inception, we have been working to complete Mr.Clavijos timeshare process. Unfortunately, we have not been successful to date. Mr. ******* sent us an email on April 22nd in which he requested a refund of his transfer fee. His file was reviewed in which we concluded that he will receive a refund of his transfer fee. As such, we have recently responded to his message. We advised him that we have reviewed his file and though we have worked diligently to complete our shared goal of removing his name from his Vacation Village at ****** (**.) timeshare, we will process a refund which will be mailed soon.
    Given that we have acceded to his refund request, we believe the matter is closed and that this complaint should be withdrawn.

    We contacted Timely acquisitions in Sept. 2023. I realize this was over 12 months ago, but the problem is still ongoing and I haven't been able to contact them since June 2024. We paid them money for a transfer fee to end our ownership of a timeshare called ******************, in ************, ********. They said it would **** *-9 months to end that ownership. The money was deposited and taken out of our account. I wrote them in January of 2024 and asked about usage of the resort during our allotted time. They told us not to rent it, use or turn it in for points because that could tie up things. In other words, we couldn't use in any way what we had been paying for. We were told to continue to pay all our maintence fees through out, which we have. I wrote again in April (you can see my timeline I attached of what I have done to try to resolve this situation) and did not receive any return calls or information. I continued calling throughout 2024. In July of 2024 I did end up talking to a ******** ****** and she said they were in the process right then and have a number of avenues they could go and they were working with Gold Point.We left it that I would call back a month later. Since that time, I have tried at least 8 times to reach them. At this point I want to end the process and just get my money back. However, I also want to report them because I have since learned this is not the way this process goes with other well known, legitimate businesses of this type.

    I contracted time Share Legal to sell my time share. In 2022. I paid 5000 to for this service In 2024 my contract was handed off to Timely Acquisitions I have received NO CORRESPONDENCE from them. When I call the number I was provided by Ms ******* ***** of (TA) I only get a message and No response. I am contacting an attorney to file a complaint with company.

    Entered into an agreement on March 31, 2023 to relinquish all legal rights to the timeshare ***********, ******. Since that time, I have paid $1645 and received nothing and still own the timeshare. I have tried tirelessly to acquire results from the company. I have emailed 15 times, always with a runaround and no results. I have also attempted to work with Spinnaker Resorts, again I get no response.

    We are also frustrated at the inordinate time ****** Kasputiss transfer is taking. Though her transfer has taken much longer than we anticipated it is moving forward. We do anticipate its completion before the end of the year and likely sooner. We have been in touch with the resort who have advised us they are moving forward with their process.

    As a matter of clarification Ms. ******** requested that the timeshare she owns at Fiesta Americana be removed from her name. Timely Acquisitions was requested to perform this service and at no point was the property relinquished from her name/ownership during this process. She was asked for and provided a ************* of Attorney which is only valid to facilitate the movement of this specific property

    There has been contact with our team in the last month. *********** has been in touch with our team member, ****** ***** will continue to be her contact as we move to complete the transfer process. Our expectations are for completion of the Fiesta Americana process by year end. We expect we will receive updates from the resort over the coming months. As we receive new data we will pass on the information periodically.

    We apologize for the delay in completing this transfer due to the resorts sloth-like pace. We believe we are on the path to completion.We will continue to be in touch with the resort and therefore expect to have new information as the process continues. As mentioned, if a question arises *********** can contact *****, who will provide the most recent information available. We look forward to completing the task entrusted to us!

    Timeshare exit paid $825 for service on May 2023. The only update I got was when the paperwork is done. A person from the company encouraged me to file a complaint, because I questioned the length of time it took for this transaction. Please help. Thank you.
