    Purchased 4 boat speakers about 2 months ago and paid over $1,000 because I was told these were the one of the highest end speakers. I took these speakers and got them professionally installed with specific amplifiers to compliment my speakers. 2 weeks ago 2 speakers blew and customer service refuses to accept the blame or exchange them out for new ones.

    This order was returned and we provided a refund for 1 of the 2 items returned. The customer damaged the product, and we offered to replace free of charge. At the same time we told him that that the other item is probably damaged too, and that would be his responsibility. He then told us that he is returning everything for a refund. I told him that we would refund him if he returns everything we will refund him for only 1 of the 2 items. This was all before he returned the items; Im not sure what the miscommunication was. We did exactly what we told him we would do. Again, we refunded him for the non-damaged item he returned and we did not refund him for the damaged item. We sell very specialized high end products, and we expect to be treated by our customers. He is now on our blacklist, and we will never dio business with him again.
