    After several months or research we agreed to purchase a barn through Putem Up Structures on September 14th. During the final stages of planning and quotes I was informed by Putem up that if my structure was 12 feet tall or shorter I would not need plans or permits from my County. This would save us over four thousand dollars on the cost of the barn. With this information we redisinged the barn to fit those specs. We paid a down payment of over 2 thousand dollars at that time. We then started site preparation for the project totaling over ten thousand dollars. Three weeks later we had yet to be contacted by the anyone about the project moving forward. On the paperwork provided by Putem Up Structures it was clear that Coast to Coast would be actually building the barn. I contacted Coast to Coast October 4th. They informed me that PutEm Up had not submitted any paperwork for our build. After some back and forth between Coast to Coast myself and Putem Up the paperwork was finally submitted. The next day I was informed by Coast to Coast that several errors were made on the quote for our build. I contacted ******* the owner of Putem Up and he assured me that he would take care of and personally pay for the difference in pricing. A week later I received an email from Coast to Coast stating the project was excepted, but no mention of the pricing being rectified. Because of the previous errrors by Putem Up I went to my local planning department and inquired about permitting. They informed me that the information given to me by Putem Up was a complete lie. Regardless of wall height I would need site specific engineered plans to get permits. I contacted ******* about the issue and he told me on three separate occasions he would fix the issue. He now has cut off all communication. Calls, texts and emails all go unanswered. Coast to Coast has also attempted to contact him with no response. Now our project is dead in the water, and ******* has essentially stolen from my family.

    Won't return phone calls or answer as to when we will get our building delivered and installed. ******* was quick to take our order and deposit but after that communication has been infrequent if any to answer our questions about our order

    Originally the order was placed on July 25th, 2024 I paid $1,625.32. We were told we would have the building within 3 to 4 weeks after they received the payment. We did not receive no communication from them. When we reached out to them they won't call us back and have reached out numerous times.It was for a ****** ft walls building. We try to call him and goes to voice mail and no return calls.

    I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution. I have since gotten a phone call about the structure but didn't want to send us any blue prints or anything about building, until after we received the permit. We have received the permit and have it on hand. THANK YOU
