    Be real careful about this company. Their work is done but they give a 1 year warranty but the problem is that they don't honor it. If if you see their reviews, this is a common problem. The owner, *************************, is so convincing that he will help his customers on several areas and is very nice as long as you owe him money. Soon after the completion (which I have several complaints about), he won't answer the phone or emails. If you look at his website, this is apparently a common complaints. My pool showed signs of distress and cracks in the surfacing very quickly (about 2-3 months) and the steps to the pool are unloved and we have slips and fallen because the title (which are nothing but little pieces of left over tile) are slippery and in the wrong place.) The steps were also stained from leaves and the owner told me to simply put chlorine and they would fade. They didn't.I'm still pay for years and this pool is a constant reminder of the poor warranties these little private companies offer. Beware.
