    They came out for a diagnostic and told me it needed maintenance and ***** added onto my unit. A few days in the unit stop blowing cold air. Constantly called and was lied to about coming back for the repairs. And after two days there no response from them. So I had to call another ac repair people and I was told there was no maintenance done to the system and all it needed from the beginning was a new breaker on the motor. After the new ac people change it out and wash the debris off the machine everything is functioning normally again. Those people hard horrible scammers.

    I purchased an air conditioning unit 5 years ago that comes with a 10 year warranty. The ** is not working correctly and they will not respond to voicemails or answer the phone. I had to have another company come out and service the unit.

    Bought a new 5 ton Trane AC unit in 2018. Has gone out 5 times. This is covered under warranty, however each time the ac goes out, I go without air in 100° weather for a week. They sold me a lemon. I have had 3 new compressors, 1 fan motor and a sensor replaced. I want them to replace my entire unit. I am also thinking maybe they didn't install it properly. I am to old and with health issues to be living in hot temperatures in my house. It gets 83° in my house everyday no matter the temperatures outside. I have done everything in my power to try and make my house cooler. Please help me resolve this matter.
