      On June 8, 2024, I booked a driver under Imperio Auto Transport LLC who was supposed to pick up my 2023 ************* EQS and 2022 ************* SL-63 and deliver them from *********, ** to ***********, **. Instead, a driver ***** *** with a company Chuchi Transportation fraudulently picked it up (refused to provide bill of lading on both sides). Both cars were damaged in transit and when I filed a claim against Imperio, I was told by their insurance company that they are receiving multiple claims like this but there is another company in fact delivering them - ongoing insurance fraud / general business operations. I was able to discover real company name via Zelle payment details and filed a claim, which I am still having a hard time recovering. Imperio should be closed down to stop such scams.

      This company was hired through broker to transport my car from ******* to ***********. The car was picked up June 7th and supposed to be delivered June 9th. It is June 18th and I have not received my car. On June 16th I filed a police report in the state of ******* for a stolen car since they stopped responding to attempts to contact them on June 13th. On Friday June 14th I received an email from the broker, *************** acknowledging the delay and telling me my car would be here Saturday June 15th. No car or contact June 15th or 16th. I file a stolen car report where I am informed by the police that my tag had been scanned on another car in ***** on June 10th. On June 17th my contact in ******* told me he had just received a call from the hauler saying that the car would be delivered in 30 minutes. I call the transporter, he picks up, I inform him that I have filed a police report and my tag was on another car while in their possession. He denies this and my car never arrives. Its obvious these people are running some sort of criminal operation, especially after reading previous complaints.

      The carrier damaged the vehicle during transit. The carrier is avoiding phone calls and ignoring emails. Do Not recommend this carrier and avoid it at all costs.

      Jan 15-Jan20 2024 Company Imperio of ******** Texas was hired to bring car to Fl from ** within 3 days. In middle of week, no **** ******** asked for money to fix water pump. - on Wednesday, they Supervisor said we made a ************** car will come Friday morning, so rent a ******** will pay for it the car didnt come till sat night The car had scratches on it, car rim was damaged, front end alignment affected. Company will not take my calls, refuses to pay rental car. This was done thru broker *********** Mile who has tried to help but Imperio was paid the$900. Rental was 348$.

      Imperio Auto Transport LLC damages my car during Transport and gave me a fake expired *************** Certificate and aoviding my calls and emails.
