    In March 2023, we got into a contract for Home improvement and extension job for which I paid a substantial amount equating to $19K and till date (i.e. Nov 2023) we have not received any service. We have contacted the said person every week demanding for explanation or even refund (to which he said he'll initiate refund) but till now i have not recieved any comunication from him. There is not an ounce of truth in what he messages or emails (while he was doing so). I hate to give one star but yes, we have spoken to a legal entity with all exhibits and soon will file a legal complaint against the business and the said person. For anyone planning to hire them, please think before you make any payments, I have made that mistake and have been going through challenges recovering my hard earned money.

    *** is an absolute liar and thief who has taken thousands of dollars from me without returning any calls or texts. I wouldn't even think of letting him wash my car, let alone build anything at my home. The quality of his work is the worst I have ever seen in building history, and he shows no care for the work he does. He comes across as a deceitful individual, and I'm furious that I didn't notice it earlier. Meeting him makes his intentions obvious he's just another scammer who deserves to be exposed. Even his wife is no better, claiming she'd assist with design and space planning but failing to do anything on the property for six months. Both of them are an absolute joke, and their company is no better. Negative stars.
