      I contacted Hales Chimney to come out and do a quote to repair my chimney. I was hesitant to pay any money because I have already had it inspected by Plano Chimney. Plano Chimney gave me a quote before he left. ****** from Hales assured me this was the best guy coming out and would quote me a price within 48 hours. It has now been 12 days and I have called ****** twice who assures me they will get the inspection report and quote out. I have received nothing for the $323.67 and frankly feel scammed. I don't even have a report from the inspection that was done or any information. I will not use this company for my repair service and would like the money refunded as no services were rendered.
