      I had a zone that would not turn off. The first rep that showed up, dug around in my yard and could not find the master valve for the zone. The second day was, again, spent looking for the missing zone valve. The third day I had decided that remove replace, was the way to go. So they started working on digging, wiring, piping and installing new sprinklers to the zone. However, upon completion they still could not get the zone to turn off with their new zone installed. The fourth day was spent figuring out why the zone was still not working together. It wasn't until the next day, that I went out the master box and found the incomplete wiring left. I had to finish the job and connect the wires the way they should have been installed, so the box could be closed. Pics could not be added to this review.

      FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!!! Horrible customer service!! They came out to repair my sprinkler system which cost over $1100 to fix. The first time I turned it on, I found a leak in one of the zones they repaired. I've called 5 times to get them back out and each time I've been told they will call me back. Still waiting and I have a flooded yard with no way of shutting off the leak!!!!

      Beware! I paid $150 for them to let me know if I had a sprinkler leak when water was bubbling up the sidewalk. They said no. It was a plumbing leak! I then believed them and called a plumber who tore the whole side of my yard up to check all the pipes and found a big sprinkler Leak! I have complained and tried to get reimbursed at least the $150 ! No response. No answer. ******

      I was promised, for 3 business days in a row (Thursday, Friday and Monday), they would send a technician, yet they always had some sort of excuse to not send one. I requested that the manager/owner contact me by phone. I was told he would, but he failed to do so in a timely manner. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone and will never do any business with them in the future.
